To all new students: for the Spring 2016-2017 semester, the semester contracts will start either on Tuesday 17 January or Wednesday 1 February 2017 (Leiden), or on Thursday 19 January or Friday 3 February (The Hague), depending on availability. This means that if we send you a housing offer in December, please carefully check your housing offer to see what your start date will be. Dear current tenants, Please note that between 17 January and 1 February our visiting hours will be busy with the arrival of new incoming students.
For tenants starting their housing contract from 1 August 2016 or later: if you will stay in our student housing for 7 months or less you are eligible for a refund of € 100 of your housing fee of € 350.
