The apartment building at Hooigracht/Kloosterpoort/Middelstegracht is located in the centre of Leiden. It contains more than 200 modern, self-contained apartments for a maximum rental period of one year for international students and other short stay tenants.

The building has 100 one room apartments and is situated near the motorway, sport facilities and a shopping mall. It is approx. 10-15 minutes by bike to the central train station and the city centre.

The student residence called 'De Klok' was built in 2011 by Leiden University in cooperation with Vestia Vastgoed and Dura Vermeer and is now owned by housing organisation DUWO The Hague. The building consist of 180 units, two elevators, laundry facilities and an indoor bicycle storage. Rent prices vary from € 390 - € 690 per month.
